1. Services Provided
GlobaleSIM.tel provides digital eSIM plans that allow users to access mobile data services in supported countries. Our services are delivered electronically via QR code or activation code sent to your registered email address immediately after purchase.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and make purchases. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Account Registration
To purchase eSIM plans you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@globalesim.tel.
4. Purchases & Wallet
All purchases are made in US Dollars (USD) through our wallet system. You add funds to your wallet via Stripe and use that balance to buy plans. Wallet funds are non-transferable and non-refundable except as described in our refund policy below.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and instant nature of our products:
- Unused eSIM plans (QR code not yet scanned/activated) may be eligible for a refund within 24 hours of purchase.
- Once an eSIM is activated (QR code scanned), no refund will be issued.
- Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once processed.
- All refund requests must be submitted via our contact form with your order number.
6. eSIM Compatibility
It is the customer's responsibility to verify that their device supports eSIM technology before purchasing. We are not responsible for purchases made for incompatible devices. A list of compatible devices is available in our FAQ.
7. Service Availability
eSIM plans depend on local carrier networks and infrastructure. Coverage, speed, and availability may vary by location. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for network outages or coverage gaps caused by third-party carriers.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to resell eSIM plans without written authorization, to attempt to circumvent any technical restrictions, or to use our services in any way that could harm GlobaleSIM.tel or other users.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobaleSIM.tel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of data or business interruption.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
